"Sale was actually worth it"
Grabbed a few things in the sale, and I’d already assumed the discounts would be a bit fake like they usually are, but the prices were actually decent. The promo code went through first try too, which I didn’t expect at all. Delivery was fine, no drama. Nice when a sale doesn’t feel like a trick

I ordered a few bits from Fenwick and thought it might take a couple of days, but the dispatch email came through the same day. The parcel arrived the next morning, which was a nice surprise.
The packaging was fine too, nothing fancy or anything, but actually that’s all I needed. Really happy with how quick and straightforward it all was, and I’d definitely order again...

"Lovely cafe lunch at Fenwick"
Had a really nice lunch at the Fenwick cafe. The food was tasty and the staff were friendly, which made it a pleasant stop. The only thing was a bit of a wait at one point, which felt avoidable, but overall I’d happily go back...

I had a small issue with my order and jumped on chat, expecting them to just give me some scripted reply or rush me off so I’d stop asking questions. But the person I spoke to was surprisingly helpful and got everything sorted quickly. They didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying either, which I appreciated. Happy with how it turned out

I had a problem with my order and, to be honest, I was annoyed at first. I wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into a whole back-and-forth, and I did wonder if I was maybe overreacting a bit. But customer service replied quickly and got it sorted without making it difficult. The refund came through when they said it would, so I can’t really complain in the end. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

I had to send something back to Fenwick and, to be honest, I was expecting the usual long wait and a bit of chasing around. But the refund came through really quickly, like within a few days, and there wasn’t any hassle. I’m not always a fan of having to return things because it feels like a pain, but this was actually smooth. So yeah, annoyed I had to return it in the first place, but really happy with how fast they sorted the money.

I was a little surprised they had the item available when pretty much everywhere else was sold out. Ordering was easy enough, and it showed up without any issues. Not the fanciest experience ever, but hey, they had what I needed and got it to me, so I can’t really complain...

I had a really nice wander around Fenwick. It had a calm feel to it, not too noisy, and it was easy to get around. The layout mostly made sense, although I did get a bit turned around upstairs, which was a bit ridiculous considering I thought I knew where I was going. Still, it’s a lovely place to browse and felt really relaxed overall.

I ordered from Fenwick and the delivery tracking was really easy to follow. I got updates as the parcel moved along, and it actually arrived within the time slot they gave me. No chasing around or wondering where it had got to, which makes such a difference. Everything arrived in good condition too. I’d happily order again, though if the tracking ever became a hassle, I’d probably think twice and shop somewhere else.

It was easy enough to use and worked well for what I needed. Nothing super exciting, but hey, it did the job. I was actually kind of impressed at first, then also a little underwhelmed, if that makes sense.

I ordered online and picked it up in store the next day, and it was easy overall. The staff seemed to find my order quickly enough, so no real hassle there. The only thing was the queue moved a bit slowly, but apart from that I think it went fine.
